No work starts before your car has been inspected
Scheduled maintenance, mechanical repair and body work at our Kadıköy, Ümraniye and Maltepe workshops. The price is in writing before work begins.
24/7 ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
The line stays open after the workshop closes
If you break down, call the line first. Once you share your location we send a tow truck and take the car to our nearest workshop. In the morning the inspection result and the list of work goes to you in writing.
This number is answered outside workshop hours as well.

CALLING A TOW TRUCK
- 01 Call the line Give us the plate, where you are and what happened; the job is opened while you are still on the phone.
- 02 Share your location Send your location over WhatsApp. The team sets off from the nearest point and writes back with an estimated arrival.
- 03 The tow truck sets off The car is taken to the workshop, photographed as we received it, and the photos are sent to you.

MECHANICAL SERVICE
Scheduled Maintenance
Oil, filters, spark plugs, belts and fluid levels checked and renewed in one visit, following the manufacturer schedule. Recorded in the service book.

Oil and Filter Change
Engine oil and the oil, air, cabin and fuel filters replaced with products matched to the mileage and the way the car is used.

MECHANICAL SERVICE
Brake Service
Pad and disc thickness measured, calipers and hydraulic lines inspected, and brake fluid renewed where needed.

AUTO ELECTRICS
Engine Diagnostics
When the warning light comes on or the engine runs unevenly, fault codes are read with the diagnostic tool and the cause is confirmed on the car.

TYRES AND WHEELS
Tyre Replacement
Seasonal or wear-related tyre changes, valve renewal and pressure setting. Removed tyres can be kept in storage if you wish.

Bodywork and Paint
Dent removal, panel replacement and paint matched with a colour reading device. Paint thickness is measured before handover.

- 03 Approval The parts and labour list is sent to you with its price.
- 04 Handover A road test is carried out and the car is handed back washed.
